How to play
1) Set Up
Shuffle your 40-card deck, draw 5, set Soul Flame (red dice) to 20, Essence begins at 1 on turn one.
2) Gain Essence, Play Cards
Essence (blue dice) increases 1 each turn (max 10). Spend it to summon Spirits and play Relics, Omens, and Incantations. Green dice track Spirit Power (attack/damage), while black dice track both Spirit Guard & Relic Durability (health).
3) Battle in Speed Order
Spirits attack once per turn; higher Speed attacks first. Spirit Power damages or lowers opponent Spirit Guard. A Spirit is destroyed & discarded when its Guard reaches 0. Clear Spirits to strike the Soul Flame.
4) Reduce Soul Flame to 0
Outplay your opponent with timing, reversals, and board control to reduce your opponent's health to 0 and claim victory.
