Spirit Astral is committed to delivering premium, collectible products with care, transparency, and reliability. Please review the information below to understand how orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new releases, limited drops, pre-orders, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If your order is affected by a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Spirit Astral is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging & Handling (Premium Collectibles)

All Spirit Astral products—especially limited-edition cards, foil variants, and collectible items—are carefully packaged to protect condition and presentation.

We take pride in secure packaging; however, minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging caused during transit do not qualify as product defects.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or approved international courier partners. Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, package size, and service reliability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Tracking notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

Spirit Astral ships to select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Spirit Astral is not responsible for customs delays or fees and cannot predict or control international import requirements.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

Spirit Astral may, at its discretion:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense, or

  • Issue a refund excluding original shipping costs

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Spirit Astral is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier investigation; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless the carrier confirms loss.

We strongly recommend using secure delivery locations for high-value collectible orders.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Items listed as pre-order, made-to-order, or limited print runs will have specific processing and shipping timelines clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-order items ship only after production is complete and may ship separately from in-stock items.

All pre-order purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit where applicable.

Payment Authorization (Shopify Payments)

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment authorization is successfully completed.

If a payment is declined or flagged for review, order processing may be delayed or canceled.
